Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a withdrawal right when entering into a transaction mainly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Returns and withdrawal on the Artumos marketplace depend on product type, seller information and legal rules.

For digital content, withdrawal rights may expire early under legal conditions. For physical goods, the applicable return and withdrawal rules apply.

Depending on product type and situation, Artumos may review a clarification or voluntary solution together with the seller.

Included: What is covered by the goodwill withdrawal?

• Wrong product or wrong variant delivered: If the received goods or information do not match the order.
• Product cannot be used as described: If a product is defective, incomplete or cannot be used as described.
• Already used or incomplete products: If a problem only becomes visible after delivery or use.
• Serious errors on our part: In the event of faulty product delivery or incorrect product information.

Excluded: What is NOT covered by the goodwill withdrawal?

• Wrong variant or version ordered: If the wrong variant, size or version was ordered and no legal withdrawal right applies.
• Product does not fit the selected use: Use on unsupported devices.
• Wrong websites: If the order cannot be delivered correctly because customer data is incorrect.
• Missing cooperation: If necessary and reasonable information for clarification is not provided.
• Product no longer needed for other reasons: If the product was purchased elsewhere and is no longer needed.
• Cooperation in clarification processes: Failure to follow necessary and reasonable clarification steps.
• Incompatibility: If limitations are not caused by product defects or incorrect seller information.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your goodwill withdrawal, please contact us by email at service@artumos.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The attached sample withdrawal form is optional.

Return conditions

Independent of statutory withdrawal rights, sellers or Artumos may review voluntary solutions depending on the product type. Details depend on product description, seller information and order data.

The requirement is that the product not been redeemed or not been used .

After review and confirmation, we will refund the purchase amount using the originally selected payment method.

This return option applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not restrict them.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (provided that no more expensive type of delivery was chosen), within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal declaration. The repayment will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, without any additional fees.

For digital products, there is no physical return required. In exceptional cases where physical goods are involved, please return them without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. We bear the return costs (free return shipping).

Exclusion / early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal rights may expire early under legal conditions, for example for certain digital content or unsealed goods. Product type, seller information and legal rules are decisive.
